This section display the remarkable achievements Hainan has made since it became a province and special economic zone,foollowing a seres of pioneering straegies local leaders have proposed and put into practice:economy to leveraging the driving force of big enterprises and projects, and from utilizing local ecological adcantaes to boost high-tech indeustries, tropical agriculture and modern tourism to positioning itself as an international tourist destination with a sound and green economy.
