Welcome Dave Sobel to the host chair..

Starting with SBS Show #28 with Karl Palachuk and "Big in SMB '08" we have a new SBS Show co-host - Dave Sobel!

Here is Dave's bio:

Dave was a DJ for WCWM in Williamsburg, Virginia, spending four years playing dance music for college students, and several more as a live performance DJ. He's been featured on XM Satellite Radio for Evolve Technologies Moneyball event, and is a contributor to the baseball blog Nats Triple Play, one of the featured blogs on the Mid-Atlantic Sports Network. He lives in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife Sharon, their cat Sadie, and a rather unhealthy addiction to Washington Nationals baseball. To find out more about Dave's company, take a look at www.evolvetech.com

Despite his DJ skills, Dave is joining the SBS Show thanks to the unique mix of business leadership, IT expertise and dedication to process-based solutions.

In additon to Dave, joining us is Travis Sheldon to help produce and manage the distribution of the SBS Show. I look forward to both additions to the SBS Show family and think you will really enjoy the new content we can bring to entertain you.

Sincerely,
Vlad Mazek, MCSE

New site, Same message...

Welcome to the SBS Show. As you can tell, we have changed things a little.

After over a year of SBS Show flying under the Vladville flag, the time has come for SBS Show to go out on its own. Through millions of episode downloads we have proven that there is a new medium out there to reach SMB, IT Professionals and business owners alike.

As we move forward we will keep on pushing the edge and bring you the info you need in a way that is more convenient for you. We will continue to give you the story from the little guy that can't buy the press. We'll make it possible for you "to have a lunch" with some of the most interesting people in our business.

The SBS Show is far different now from what Chris and I imagined it would be when we first started testing recordings and levels. Through your feedback we've been able to learn, adapt and produce what you all asked for. I hope and wish to keep that channel open in 2007 - keep on sending us your feedback, keep on telling us what you want to hear. As we grow, we have realized that we cannot just turn our back on older technologies, many of you have demanded a newsletter to make the information easier to skim, others wanted to know the opinion of other people in the business community. To that end, we will keep on growing this site in 2007 to give you a better picture of SMB and what this wonderful technology can do for you.

As always, thank you for your support and for listening.

Sincerely,
Vlad Mazek, MCSE
